Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered or from the date on your in-store receipt to request a return for exchange or store credit only. 🚫 We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit or exchange only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
✔ Have all original tags attached
✔ Be free of perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear
✔ Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
✔ Be in the same condition as received

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: We cannot accept returns/exchanges if items have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We strongly recommend trying on items before removing tags or washing them to ensure proper fit.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at FindOutMore@habasclothing.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Note: We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if it does not meet our policy requirements.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Accessories*
  • Stickers & art prints

If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before purchasing. *Applicable but not limited to: Scarves, candles, bags, blankets, hats, belts, and hair accessories.

For gifts purchased between November 1st and December 24th:
These items may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days after December 25th. Final sale items remain final sale, even if purchased as a gift.
