📍 Local Delivery
FREE Galveston Residential Delivery on Orders $35+
- We deliver to residential addresses only (no business addresses).
- Delivery is available for addresses with a clear door or mailbox for package placement.
- A photo confirmation will be sent when your package is delivered.
🚫 Ha.Ba’s Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once delivered.
📍 Local Pickup
âś… FREE In-Store Pickup Available
- Orders must be picked up within 30 days of purchase.
- Unclaimed orders after 30 days may be restocked without refunds or exchanges.
Important Notes:
✔ Double-check your order before leaving the store. We can resolve any missing items at the time of pick-up, but once you leave, Ha.Ba’s Clothing LLC is no longer responsible for any discrepancies.
✔ Someone else can pick up your order for you! Just forward your “Ready for Pickup” email to them, and they can collect your order on your behalf.

📦 Shipping
Shipping Rates:
âś” FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75+ (subtotal before tax)
âś” $7.95 Flat-Rate Shipping for orders under $75
âś” $8.99 Flat-Rate Shipping on ALL Made-to-Order items
Processing:
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday.
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday, or anytime on Saturday & Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. đźš« We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Important Shipping Information
Ha.Ba’s Clothing LLC is NOT responsible for:
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once marked as delivered.
- Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
If your package is lost or missing, please immediately contact USPS to file a claim. While we are not responsible, we will assist in communicating with USPS if needed.
Address Corrections:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately at 📞 409-762-2213 or 📧 FindOutMore@habasclothing.com before the order ships.
- If a package is shipped to the wrong address and returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
- If a package is delivered to the incorrect address provided by the customer and is returned, we are not held responsible.
Made-to-Order Items:
- These are not stocked in-store and are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: $8.99 applies to all Made-to-Order items.
- Shipping timelines may vary based on the manufacturer’s processing times.
📦 Tracking Your Order
You will receive email updates at each stage of your order: Processing → Awaiting Shipment → Shipped.
- A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
